Implied Implications

What is a story? Is it more than a mere fabrication of our imagination?

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when started writing my first book. It was exciting, scary, but ultimately it was incredibly fun. I finished writing my first book in 2012. I thought, like many before me, that once a publisher got a glimpse of the book, it would be all downhill from there. Of course, it hasn’t been anything like I thought it would be. But through rejections, and failed campaigns, I am still writing.

Of course one day I would love to get published, but that is not why I continue to write. I write because if I didn’t, my brain would explode. I love writing. I love daydreaming about the words that my words can create. I’m passionate about telling stories.

This blog is a place I can live that out. I try to write about everything, but mainly, I try and write stories. I hope you enjoy the blog, but merely reading it is only half of the step. I would love to get to know you. My favorite thing about writing is the opportunities it gives to get to know others. If you want to talk or just have a question, send me an email. I love to tell stories, but I also love to listen to them. Everyone is living an amazing unique life, and as we engage this journey, we run into each other all the time.
